Sometimes two is better than one
I think I have a better idea as to what I should try next. This is a pre-modified version or did they replace the published "Modified" version with this one? What differs from this and the other is that this one has dip type Tantalum capacitors installed instead of surface mounted block of possibly also Tantalum.
