My next thing to do is to end up with these parts, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
The Front Element - was simple to remove and it turned easily counter clockwise and it was off.
Two Face Plate Screws - are on either side of the name BOLSEY and a proper flat tip driver took care of that.
Face Plate - should lift out easily
I will caution that this...
... spring that is around the brass stud is sometimes it is very loose and could go for a flight. One trick is to slap a piece of Scotch Tape on it to keep it from going too far.
