4. Bolsey - Digging deeper the works

First the Sync screw needs to come off.

Next the three dark screws that hold the plate and blades.











Now lift from the opposite side of the release-cable receptacle and you will back the release-cable receptacle out as the same time.










Now the blades are exposed.
Note the order that they are removed and note the orientation of the actuating ring underneath the blades.
